As many of us spend this day as our last Summer Holiday, it’s a nice opportunity to practice gratitude for the goodness in our lives. A warm Summer day, a friend or family to enjoy the holiday with, a baseball game to watch, a hike or swim, a chance to reflect on the Summer season as the Autumnal Equinox approaches. I hope you are able to find many things for which you can express gratitude in your life.
